Ayodeji (Emmanuel) has professional experience in healthcare and financial industries with significant experience in leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in Nigeria. He migrated to the United States of America and obtained a Master of Arts in Management from the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the same institution.
Ayodeji (Emmanuel) believes that businesses can achieve their goals by operating effective and sustainable systems. He approaches organization development by focusing on the two pillars of every organizational system which are people and process. His guiding principles is that a system with efficient processes and good leadership will produce the desired outcome of profitability, sustainability, and other measures of business success. Ayodeji (Emmanuel) lives in Rochester, MN with his family. He is happily married to Hellen and their union is blessed with two children, Samuel and Eliana. He is Christian and an active member of the Holyseed Assembly, Rochester MN.
